Surface-mounted high-frequency motion detector for indoor use

This motion detector with HF sensor detects even the smallest movements, such as breathing movements, of people and large animals. The lighting switches on within a detection range of 6-9 m and a detection angle of 360°. After an adjustable time of approx. 10 seconds to 12 minutes, the motion detector switches the lighting off again if no more movements are detected. A controller can be used to regulate the switch-on sensitivity of this device depending on the ambient brightness (in the range between 3 and 2,000 LUX). 

This surface-mounted motion detector is equally suitable for wall and ceiling mounting.

Sensitive motion detector with breath detection
Both movements at rest, e.g. seated activities (breathing movements) and active movements are detected by this motion detector. The sensor detects the smallest movements, such as breathing, at a detection range of 6m and a mounting height of 2-4m. The detection range is up to 9m for active movements.

High-frequency sensor
This motion detector uses high-frequency electromagnetic waves (24 GHz) to detect movement. It reacts independently of the temperature of the detected objects and detects the smallest movements. Thanks to high-frequency technology, movements behind doors, glass panes or thin walls can also be detected. The integrated microprocessor switches the light on almost instantaneously.

Minimum radiation exposure
The radiation emitted by the sensor has a power of approx. 0.2mW. This means that the power of the radiation is about 1/5000th that of a mobile phone. This motion detector can therefore be used without hesitation.
